How do you get LEED® certification?


To earn certification, the project must attain a minimum number of credits (or points) in six key categories.

Depending on the number of credits a project achieves, it attains one of four levels of certification:

70 Possible Points
Certified:
26-32 points
Silver:
33-38 points
Gold:
39-51 points
Platinum:
52-70 points
